Spain- Crisp and toasty nose, this wine shows beautiful citrus and green apple fruit with a supple, yet lively mouth feel of very fine bubbles and a very clean finish. The ultimate celebration wine, it is excellent on its own or with a wide array of foods.
California- A crisp off-dry champagne that is light, refreshing and very easy to like. Flavors and aromas of citrus, melon and spice. Pairs well with salads with fruit or with spicy foods.

Limoux is the area where sparkling wine originated. In 1531, the monks of Saint Hilaire discovered the first wine with bubbles. Situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees, these vineyards benefitfrom the cool conditions required to make sparkling wines of quality.
France- A blend of Chardonnay (70%), Chenin (20%), and Pinot Noir (10%) grapes from the highest vineyards in the south of France where hot days and cool nights ensure freshness, fruitiness and elegance in this unique sparkling wine.
On the palate, the wine is creamy and seductive, with defined structure from the addition of still Pinot Noir at tirage. The overall impression is one of bold vibrancy and impact from start to finish.
This lightly sparkling wine is particularly distinctive as Lugano insists on producing our cuvee in a bone-dry style. The Prosecco is bottled early to maintain its freshness and is released in the early months of the year following the harvest.
