However, our preferred retailer Steve's Liquor, University Avenue works wonders for our clients!

Staff Times:  Each position includes the setup & breakdown time needed for the job.

Wardrobe: Our staff dresses for success! Upon your booking, we will share our standard wardrobe options.

Insurance: All employees are covered with Workers' Compensation insurance; we also carry general liability and liquor liability insurance.

Note: This is just an estimate; we will contact you directly to confirm your event details and send over your contract proposal.  A 50% retainer is required to book your package and full payment is due within 30 days of your event date. 

Corporate Events may be offered alternative company payment options. Prices are subject to change. Substitutions may be made.

BAR EQUIPMENT

  • 1 set per Bartender

Includes shakers, strainers, jiggers, pour spouts, stir spoons, muddlers, tongs, fruit knives, chill tubs/coolers & spill mats, etc. 

Ice

  • 20 lb. bag
  • 2 lbs. of ice per person is suggested
  • 2 additional bags are included to chill beverages

DISPOSABLES

Includes cocktail napkins, eco straws, garnish picks, 9 & 12 oz. cups, &/or trash bags.

Table Bar

  • 6'/8'L x 19"W x 36"H
  • Black table linen included
  • 1 table bar per 75 guests is suggested (includes matching Back Bar)

Tenting

Intoxicology Tent

  • 10' x 10' size
  • Includes bar signage and flag
  • Clean and sleek, featuring a Pagoda roof and a built-in bar counter in a natural wood finish
  • Provides needed coverage for those sudden sun showers and hot summer days
  • Can hold a bar staff of four (4)
  • Additional Bar can be placed at the rear to double the service space

Service Add-Ons

Travel Expense (round-trip)

  • The first 35 miles of the trip to the event are included. 

  • Events further than 35 miles are quoted as listed. 

  • Events that extend past 11 PM and are more than an hour one-way from Madison WI may also require an overnight accommodation fee of $250 per Staff Member. 

Bar Relocation Stations

Price is for each bar station relocation.

Alcohol Planning and Order Facilitation

You're booking our event staff! Since you've chosen to take on all the planning, mixers, ice, drinkware, menus, alcohol, garnish slicing, etc., add this option to your list and that's one more thing you'll breathe easier about!

🥃 Alcohol Planning & Order Facilitation includes:

  • Menu Planning
  • Assembling your alcohol order 
  • Assembling any non-alcoholic components 🧊
  • Calculation on how much of each item to order
  • Requesting alcohol orders through our preferred retailer, STEVE'S Liquor University Avenue 
  • Arranging for, and receiving, the alcohol at the venue on event day

Accommodation Rate

  • This fee covers [hotel stay] accommodations for staffed events that extend past 11 PM and are more than an hour from Madison WI. 

  • Price is per Staff member + one (1) fee if a main bar or tent is booked. 

  • This rate is per night, per staff member e.g. multiple-day events.

Rush Fee

  • For events booked less than ten (10) calendar days from an event.
  • For Galas and Events with more than 600 people increase quantity to '2.'
