Scotland- Made in small batches with a fully restored 19th-century Carter-Head Still, which "bathes" the ingredients in vapors instead of boiling, producing a smoother gin. A unique blend of botanicals, including Bulgarian Rose petal and cucumber, create this extraordinary gin.
England-The spirit is triple distilled, and the alcohol vapors are passed through bundles of the herbs and spices in order to gain flavor and aroma of almond, lemon peel, licorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb, and grains of paradise.
Mexico- Crisp and clear, with subtle hints of vanilla and a smooth finish. It has been distilled in copper-lined stills, then filtered, and aged two months in stainless steel containers. Great served neat or on the rocks, and is a perfect base for premium cocktails.
