You are able to edit items to make any additions/subtractions your event calls for.

Bartender 608 is hired out as a ‘dry hire’ with no alcohol included. As we do not carry a liquor license, we cannot directly purchase alcohol for you.
However, we can help you organize your order and can recommend a preferred retailer.

Staff Times:  Each position includes the setup & breakdown time needed for the job.

Wardrobe: Our staff dresses for success! Upon your booking, we will share our standard wardrobe options or we can customize a uniform for your event's specific needs.

Insurance: All employees are covered with Workers' Compensation insurance; we also carry general liability and liquor liability insurance.

Note: This is just an estimate; we will contact you directly to confirm your event details and send over your contract proposal.  A 50% retainer is required to book your package and full payment is due within 30 days of your event date. 

Corporate Events may be offered alternative company payment options. Prices are subject to change. Substitutions may be made.

  • 20 lb. bag
  • 2 lbs. of ice per person is suggested
  • 2 additional bags are included to chill beverages

DISPOSABLES

Includes cocktail napkins, eco straws, garnish picks, 9 & 12 oz. cups, &/or trash bags.

BAR EQUIPMENT

  • 1 set per Bartender pair

Includes shakers, strainers, jiggers, pour spouts, stir spoons, muddlers, tongs, fruit knives, chill tubs/coolers & spill mats, etc. 

Tenting

Intoxicology Tent

  • 10' x 10' size
  • Includes bar signage and flag
  • Clean and sleek, featuring a Pagoda roof and a built-in bar counter in a natural wood finish
  • Provides needed coverage for those sudden sun showers and hot summer days
  • Can hold a bar staff of four (4)
  • Additional Bar can be placed at the rear to double the service space
