*NOTE: Standard is 3 drinks per person (of some form) for all events when calculating what you need.
Step One: Select a bar or indicated no bar is needed; custom bar emblem & more
Step 2 & 3:
The system will calculate the overall number of kegs needed as if you are not doing any cocktails, wine by case/bottle, etc. You can change the quantity to mix up the kegs you want to serve. And of course, when we go over the information together we can clarify anything else.
Step Two: Select your kegs (beer, ciders and seltzers) for the mobile bar
If you don't see the one you want, just ask!
Step Three: Select your kegs (wine and bubbly) for the mobile bar
Step Four: Select your bottles or cases of products (wine, champagne, etc.)
Step Five: Select your cocktails & Ready-To-Drink Cocktails/Seltzers. Note: Distilled Alcohol is not listed for sale on this tool. We can help you calculate how much distilled alcohol you will need to purchase for us to serve cocktails not listed here.
Step Six: Add rentals & other extras.
Step Seven: Review your staff

Note: Go Tuk'n does 2 different invoices to help our guests. 1st Invoice is for the staff and rental components (50% is required to reserve your date). That invoice will be due 2 1/2 months prior to your event.
2nd Invoice is for all your beverages & other items. This 2nd invoice is sent about 2 months prior to the event. It is payable at that time as well. This allows you to take advantage of any possible sales on your beverages, if applicable and it is ensures we get your products in on time to get it to optimum temperatures in our professional coolers.

This one of kind flower bar cart was custom made by us to help add a 2nd bar to any event OR a stand alone bar for those wanting another unique choice for serving their guests.
The Tuk'n Bar cart is a LED bar is perfect for those cocktails, wine or small can products for your event.
Bar dimensions are: 32" W x 12" D.
Includes built in ice bin and prep/storage area. Will be required to have a bar back table (not included).
If your venue already has a bar, then you will add this to your cart since you do not want or need our mobile bar, Tuk'n Bar Cart OR a bar rental.
This acrlyic panel is for a customized look when you rent the Tuk'n Bar Cart. You will work with a graphic designer to create your one of a kind LED Bar for your event. This panel will then become yours for future uses.
For corporate or non-profit events, Go Tuk'n can even store your panel for you when you book ongoing events with us utilzing the Tuk'n Bar Cart.
