London- Distilled at Thames Distillers, Fords Gin is a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller, Charles Maxwell, and Simon Ford of The 86 Co. Fords Gin is made up of a thoughtful mix of nine botanicals sourced from around the world. It starts with a traditional base of juniper & coriander seed and is balanced by citrus, florals, and spices that are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled. The resulting gin is aromatic, fresh, and floral with elegant notes of orange blossom in a harmonious blend with citrus and juniper – each coming together to create the perfect base for any gin-inspired cocktail.

Japan- Originally a sake producer, the White Oak distillery obtained their whisky license in 1919. The distillery is located in the city of Akashi in the neighborhood of Eigashima on the shore of Seto inland sea just west of Kobe, an area with a mild, stable climate.
Situated at 2,600 feet in between the Central and Southern Japanese Alps, Mars Shinshu is Japan’s highest whisky distillery. “Iwai” (pronounced like the vowels E-Y), is named after Kiichiro Iwai, one of the grandfathers of Japanese whisky. This whisky is made with majority corn balanced with light malt, aged in ex bourbon barrels.

California- The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon has great texture and structure with a medium mouthfeel. There are aromas of dark plum, cherry, cassis, warm barrel spice, vanilla and dark chocolate. In the glass there are concentrated flavors of cherry, cassis, blackberry, plum, spice, tobacco and chocolate.
Napa Valley, CA- It is rich, ripe and focused with juicy blackberry and cherry fruit, cocoa and hints of mint all tied together with a creamy french vanilla middle and a finish that in a word lingering.

California- This big, bold artisanal wine is brought to you by some of the pioneers of Paso Robles in California's Central Coast.
California- Aged in new French oak, this Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with concentrated blackberries, blackcurrant and warm plums notes with touches of tobacco leaf and underbrush. The palate is medium to full-bodied with lovely freshness and vibrancy, textured with plush tannins and a long finish.
Chile - Brilliant garnet color with seductive rose petal green tea aroma. The palate is ripe with heavily extracted cherry and strawberry flavors with a slight astringency akin to pomegranate seeds. This very generously fruit driven wine is a must with smoked game hen.
Oregon- Our Pinot Noir comes from distinct vineyards throughout Oregon. We look for sites that give us diversity, low elevation for ripeness and intensity, high elevation for acidity and aromatics.

Russian River Valley, Sonoma, CA- From the Cutrer vineyard located less than fifteen miles from the Pacific Ocean, this full-bodied wine displays notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and hazelnuts. A creamy texture is followed by a long, minerally finish.
Sonoma Coast, CA- A crisp, supple, layered, and complex wine that harmoniously combines fruit flavors of peach and apricot with the aromas of tropical fruit, apple, and white flower. These elements are accented by additional layers of tangerine, pear, and hazelnut.
This wine has a pretty, floral nose with fresh citrus, orange blossom, and white peach, but the real treat is in the mouth. The viscosity coats the palate; it is weighty on the tongue yet well-balanced with acidity.

Marlborough, New Zealand- On the nose, a bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits backed by characteristic herbaceous notes. An exuberant wine brimming with flavors of pineapple and stone fruit with a hint of herbaceousness on the palate. The finish is fresh and zesty.

France- A blend of Chardonnay (70%), Chenin (20%), and Pinot Noir (10%) grapes from the highest vineyards in the south of France where hot days and cool nights ensure freshness, fruitiness and elegance in this unique sparkling wine.
On the palate, the wine is creamy and seductive, with a defined structure from the addition of still Pinot Noir at tirage. The overall impression is one of bold vibrancy and impact from start to finish.
This lightly sparkling wine is particularly distinctive as Lugano insists on producing our cuvee in a bone-dry style. The Prosecco is bottled early to maintain its freshness and is released in the early months of the year following the harvest.

California- German Pilsner- This is a fresh-tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition using Munich malt and Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish.
Lagunitas India Pale Ale (IPA) adds quite the tropical component to the flavors that Lagunitas usually brings to the table. The nose has aspects of grapefruit, orange, and other citrus elements that balance out the strong scent of hops.
California- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 7% ABV. World Beer Cup Gold medal 2014. Aromas of apricot, peach, mango, and lemon. Its lighter body also brings out the crispness of the hops. Though not categorized as an Imperial IPA, this beer has a very strong hop character.
Netherlands- Euro Pale Lager- 5.0% ABV. Heineken is a full-bodied premium lager with deep golden color, light fruity aroma, a mildly bitter taste and a balanced hop aroma leaving a crisp, clean finish for an ultimate refreshing taste.
