Fords Gin is made up of a thoughtful mix of nine botanicals sourced from around the world. It starts with a traditional base of juniper & coriander seed and is balanced by citrus, florals, and spices that are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled. Napa Valley, CA- It is rich, ripe and focused with juicy blackberry and cherry fruit, cocoa and hints of mint all tied together with a creamy french vanilla middle and a finish that in a word lingering.

California- This big, bold artisanal wine is brought to you by some of the pioneers of Paso Robles in California's Central Coast.
California- Aged in new French oak, this Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with concentrated blackberries, blackcurrant and warm plums notes with touches of tobacco leaf and underbrush. The palate is medium to full-bodied with lovely freshness and vibrancy, textured with plush tannins and a long finish.

Oregon- Our Pinot Noir comes from distinct vineyards throughout Oregon. We look for sites that give us diversity, low elevation for ripeness and intensity, high elevation for acidity and aromatics.

Russian River Valley, Sonoma, CA- From the Cutrer vineyard located less than fifteen miles from the Pacific Ocean, this full-bodied wine displays notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and hazelnuts. A creamy texture is followed by a long, minerally finish.
Sonoma Coast, CA- A crisp, supple, layered, and complex wine that harmoniously combines fruit flavors of peach and apricot with the aromas of tropical fruit, apple, and white flower. These elements are accented by additional layers of tangerine, pear, and hazelnut.
This wine has a pretty, floral nose with fresh citrus, orange blossom, and white peach, but the real treat is in the mouth. The viscosity coats the palate; it is weighty on the tongue yet well-balanced with acidity.

France- A blend of Chardonnay (70%), Chenin (20%), and Pinot Noir (10%) grapes from the highest vineyards in the south of France where hot days and cool nights ensure freshness, fruitiness and elegance in this unique sparkling wine.
On the palate, the wine is creamy and seductive, with a defined structure from the addition of still Pinot Noir at tirage. The overall impression is one of bold vibrancy and impact from start to finish.
This lightly sparkling wine is particularly distinctive as Lugano insists on producing our cuvee in a bone-dry style. The Prosecco is bottled early to maintain its freshness and is released in the early months of the year following the harvest.

California- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 7% ABV. World Beer Cup Gold medal 2014. Aromas of apricot, peach, mango, and lemon. Its lighter body also brings out the crispness of the hops. Though not categorized as an Imperial IPA, this beer has a very strong hop character.
